Long stay in Buenos Aires: 1 to 6 months
Buenos Aires rewards people who stay. Here's how a long stay works in practice — what you pay, what you sign, and what's already in the rate.
How long do people stay?
Most of our guests arrive for a month and end up staying longer. You don't need to decide now: every stay starts month to month, and extending is a conversation, not a contract renegotiation. Rates are quoted per month in US dollars, so currency swings don't change your budget.
1 month
Testing the city, or a short work assignment.
The full monthly rate, with everything included. No deposit beyond the first month.
2–3 months
The sweet spot — enough time to actually live here.
Same monthly rate. If you decide to extend, you keep your room at the same price.
4–6 months
Digital nomads on slow travel, students, a season abroad.
Longer commitments can unlock a lower monthly rate — ask us about current terms.
What's in the rate
One flat monthly price, no surprise charges at the end. Every rate includes:
- —Furnished private room with desk
- —Work-grade Wi-Fi in every room
- —All bills: electricity, water, gas, internet
- —Cleaning of common areas
- —Bedding and towels
- —Fully equipped shared kitchen
- —Laundry access
- —Housemates who stay months, not days
Contracts, simply
No lease, no guarantor, no paperwork in Spanish. A long stay here means a simple reservation agreement: your dates, your room, your monthly rate. You pay month to month, so you can extend or wrap up without breaking anything. A refundable deposit covers the room against damages — returned in full when you leave it as you found it.
For stays beyond six months, a slightly longer agreement applies — but it's still built around flexibility, not a traditional Argentine rental contract.
